TPO cell is shaped with the objective to build up strong coordinating link between GPERI and Industry. As a part of this objective TPO cell has formed one centralized committee at GPERI. The continuous efforts are being carried out by the cell to bridge the gap between the theoretical knowledge and the practical aspects of the students by organizing Expert Lectures, Industrial Visits and Interactive Sessions with the Industry Experts. TPO cell has signed MOU with multiple companies and is actively working in this direction for the successful placement since inception.
The main goal of the Training and Placement Office is to produce professionally competent professionals by providing them value added education, soft skill development and teaching them life skills which are strongly connected with fundamental and applied studies of their respective disciplines. The Pre-Placement activities are given due importance, from day one of student life at GPERI. Mentoring each and every student is followed regularly on aspects like: Facing Interviews, Group Discussions, Attitude, Professional Resume Writing, Soft Skill training, Industrial Internship and training etc. Along with the academic activity at our institute and various activities organized by TPO, the students have gained valuable exposure and transformed them into a professional suited to Indian industries. We are confident that they will not only meet the expectations of the industry but also surpass them.
